About Lisa

Hello, my name is Lisa.

I graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Occupational Therapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2007.

I also hold a postgraduate diploma in Psychology, a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice, and a professional diploma in Cross Professional Supervision.

In addition to being a CORU registered occupational therapist, I am also an experienced clinical supervisor and an accredited QQI trainer.

My Experience:

After qualifying in 2007, I was fortunate to work for 16 years across the public sector (HSE), private, community and charitable sectors, giving me a significant breadth and depth of clinical experience, primarily within mental health and primary care settings.

I moved into private practice in 2023 and now focus on working with adults who are late diagnosed/identified Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, Dyslexic and/or Dyspraxic.

As a neurodivergent occupational therapist, I offer a unique perspective of professional knowledge, skills and expertise complemented by my own lived experience.

My Approach:

As a neurodivergent healthcare professional, I am very aware of how challenging accessing health and support services can be for neurodivergent people and so I endeavour to ensure that I provide an accessible, safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for everyone who chooses to work with me.

My clinical, supervisory and training practice is underpinned by human rights, disability rights and social justice. My practice is trauma informed, neuro-affirmative and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

It is always a privilege when fellow members of the neurodivergent community choose to work with me.
