As occupational therapy is a practical therapeutic support, I generally find it helpful to work with people in blocks of 6-8 sessions, after which I recommend a break to implement and practice new learnings. People sometimes then return for another block of sessions or one off session to further explore and consolidate their learnings.

For consultations and occupational therapy support sessions, payment can be made via bank transfer or payment link. Payment must be made in advance of session. For assessments, a deposit of €150 is required in order to secure appointment. Remaining payment must be made either before or on the day of assessment. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
